Today, right after coming home from the bird walk, there was a commotion at the feeder and one of the chikadees hit the glass. I ran over, and saw the chickadee sitting in the tree unharmed, and an unknown accipiter flying off. I'm pretty sure he was empty handed, because there weren't any feathers anywhere or blood.
