An immature Great Cormorant has been present at Lake Pinneo in Quechee since at least late morning today. I observed it both in the water and perched on the eastern shoreline at 11 am, and Kent McFarland reported that the bird was still on the shoreline at ~2 pm.
No other birds of note there, except for a first-year Bald Eagle passing by.
