Spotted (about 5:15) perched on an emergent log opposite the pull off on the riverside of River Road by a mailbox with 38 on it. Managed some photos before the Dartmouth shells came along. The bird flew off upriver to the north. I had passed the spot twice and saw 4 DCCO, but I returned once again and it was there with a very gray looking cormorant, almost certainly Double-crested.
