Jeff Marshall alerted me yesterday to a male Indigo Bunting that has
been visiting his feeder on Old Farm Rd in Norwicvh since Sunday. I
went out before work, and sure enough, it was there, along with the
following. I wonder if 4/24 is a record early date. I have definitely
never had an Indigo Bunting in VT during April.

Indigo Bunting 1
Purple Finch 4
Common Redpoll 22
Pine Siskin 3
Evening Grosbeak 8

On my way to Hanover at 8:00 am, I saw a pile of gulls below Ledyard Bridge and made a quick stop there: 39 Ring-billeds, 1 Bonaparte's, 1 Greater Yellowlegs.
