At 7:00 PM on Monday March 12, 2018, biologist Ken Cox will be speaking on "Bird Photography on a Budget" in the Mayer Room of the Howe Library in Hanover, NH. This program, which is free and open to the pubic, has been arranged by the Mascoma Chapter of New Hampshire Audubon.

Ken Cox got bit by the birding bug while in college over four decades ago. He took up bird photography in 2007. Ken will share his photography experiences and tips for getting set up with gear that will not break the bank and yet deliver good quality bird photos without being a pro.

Ken, a retired fisheries biologist, is among the most active birders in the Upper Valley and northern New England. His varied birding interests are reflected in his on-line blog at http://northernwingsbirder.blogspot.com. Ken is also a newly elected Co-Chair of the Vermont Bird Records Committee.
