some incidental sightings over the weekend.
Saturday
a raven on Route 14 in Royalton near the railroad tracks on the side of the road. I'm always amazed how large they are!

goshawk in flight in just about the same place I saw the raven, on my way back through that area a little later.

Sunday
North Road in Barnard -
1 killdeer standing on a stone wall. beautiful bird! it was in the same place on my way back through a few hours later.

a pair of canadian geese on the same pond I always see them - along with at least 2 goslings. they breed this early?
