I was looking through some old photos-(really old- 1992)- and found this
unusual bird- a Redpoll but what kind. Part Albino? Part Hoary?

If anyone has a clue, I'd love to hear your opinions.
Meanwhile, we continue to get the garden variety most days here in
Norwich/Beaver Meadow area. Numbers vary from one, who thinks he's a
chickadee, to 40-50.
