Today saw a pair of Canada Geese on the ice near the open water near the dam on Mascoma Lake. Also a pair on open water near 4A on George Pond just before noon.
Of note today two diving ducks and one M. Hooded Merganzer on George Pond as well. Noted 3 M. Hooded Merganzers on Sat. on George Pond.
Seeing Mallards in small pools of water on grassy places eating.
