Driving down Bragg Hill Rd. with the windows down, a faint,
high-frequency call brought me to a stop. Jumping out, Spencer found a
Golden-crowned Kinglet and a Creeper... and we never did figure out
which I initially heard. Adding to this excitement, a Northern Goshawk
flew overhead while we were looking!
At home our feeders were actively visited all day. Casual observations
totaled good numbers of the usual suspects (list below).
