A huge THANK YOU to Becky and Ted for their presentation on bird
vocalizations at the Wednesday, April 7th gathering of Mascoma Audubon at
the Howe Library. As Ted noted, although we readily recall the visual
appearance of birds, we need a refresher course each spring on bird sounds.
I appreciated having the image of the bird displayed at the same time we
were hearing their songs/calls. Obviously, a great deal of effort went into
preparing the program and their efforts are much appreciated.
