I'm at Kilowatt South Park right now, watching a mixed flock of scoters on the water: 19 Surf, 10 White-winged, 6 Black. There is also a single immature Double-crested Cormorant.
Turnover is clearly happening today. I was here at 8:20 am, when the only birds visible were 2 immature Herring Gulls and a Pied-billed Grebe. None of them are here now.
