One American Woodcock peenting behind our house this morning (Sunday,
March 11) at 6:15 am.

Red-bellied and Pileated Woodpeckers at our suet feeders (yesterday).

A pair of Red-tailed Hawks flying in concert yesterday (getting ready
to nest?).

A pair of House Finches and scores of Am Goldfinches at our feeders.

Our Barred Owls have been relatively quiet lately.

On the mammal scorecard, the Gray Squirrels seem to be doing well, but
we saw fresh Fisher tracks in the new snow in the woods.
