Seen at 10:10am this morning along Steven's Road in Thetford.  Perched at the tippy-top of a pine tree in field.  If you enter Steven's Road where the FARM is located, directly off of RT 5 - as soon as you turn onto road you can see bird in distant field right before you make a sharp uphill right turn.

Broad dark brown/solid belly band, pale base of tail with dark brown band at tips.  I have photos, but won't be able to upload them until later.
