ISO a used birding scope and tripod.   A pair of peregrine falcons have returned to nest on Peaked Mountain in Piermont.  Does anyone have a used scope or tripod we could purchase or borrow for the season?
    They were actively checking out the old nest site, and we were able to observe mating behavior and the male providing food for the female who took what looked like a robin to a near-by dead tree to eat it.
