Noticing very low water levels this morning, I zipped up to Pompy Flats, 
hoping for migrant shorebirds, but numbers were sparse.  A 2nd-year Bald 
Eagle soaring w/4 ravens for a full 5 minutes, as they lackadaisically 
divebombed it, was entertaining.

There seems to be no clear rhyme or reason to water level fluctuations 
on the river....
