Of note in my yard on New Years Day other than the usual Chickadees, Juncos, Woodpeckers, Doves, Blue Jays, and Nuthatches
    American Tree Sparrows 3
    Purple Finch M 4
    Purple Finch F 4
    American Goldfinch 4
I had not seen the P. Finch and the A. Goldfinch since much earlier in the fall.
I still have the M & F Cardinal. I have not seen the lone M Cardinal for a while. I did see the two Males at one time, but the M with the partner was not pleased to have the competition.
Does anyone know if it is late in the season to have the A. Tree Sparrows around?
George Pond is still open. Mallards M& F are still there today.
