Around 10 AM a small flock of 20 snow buntings was spotted on Route 5 in
Hartland, near White's Dairy Supply.

At the confluence of the Ott and CT rivers in North Hartland, we're watching
the 2 1/2 year bald eagle swooping over the ducks.

Yesterday (Sunday) we saw a first year bald eagle flying about during the
day, eyeing the 200 or so mallard and black ducks here at the house, and
around 3:30 PM a pair of mature eagles soaring on the thermals.

At our feeder we're still having frequent visits from a pair of Carolina
wrens.
