The day was cool and cloudy, but the rain held off. The birding was slow at first, but then picked up once we got up to Boston Lot Lake:

common grackle
american crows
ovenbirds
chestnut-sided warblers
black-capped chickadees
common yellowthroats
indigo buntings
blue-headed vireos
magnolia warblers
scarlet tanagers
red-eyed vireos
american robins
american redstarts
tree swallows
bank swallows
catbird
least flycatcher
Baltimore oriole
rose-breasted grosbeak
yellow-rumped warbler
common loon
red-winged blackbirds
american goldfinch
eastern phoebes
black-throated blue warbler
