Friday evening there was a Turkey Vulture, flying very low over the
intersection of Rt 120 and Centerra Parkway. At first I thought it had
to be a crow, since it was heavily back lit at the time and it seemed
rather too cold for TVs yet. However, as it floppily glided onward, the
lighting got better, and my husband and I could see the two-tone wings.
Must have had a really hard time finding thermals this early in the
year...
