Will birds feed at feeders that are placed really high off the ground? I
have a friend who lives on the third floor of an old bldg with really high
ceilings. He has a feeder on the fire escape but no birds. Lives in a semi
rural town in NH in sight of the white mtns. Is the height off the ground
the problem?
