Here is one for the specialists.:-) - For the time I'm creating a
list/database of all my cameras in my "museum collection"....

For this I created a table in NWP with a 'sheet' containing 7 raws and
550 cell lines with possibility of inserting endnotes and reference
notes by using the SuperScript possibility. The document is created in
the 'Landscape' format and until now has a size of 21 pages.

The raws are these (with some fictive example)
Cat.no. Brand Model Type Format Quality Value Dkr.
0001 Canon EOS 500N SLR 24x36mm Excellent 250,00
0002 Yashica 124G TLR 6x6cm Near mint 1850,00
0003 Contax 137MQD SLR 24x36mm Like new 1500,00
0004 Canon EOS 300 SLR 24x36mm Very good 325,00
0005 Olympus Pen EE Cpt. 18x24mm Good condition 100,00
0006 Canon EOS 50E SLR 24x36mm Like new 850,00
0007 Vivitar 90mm/f:2,8 Lens Acc. Mint condition 1450,00

By looking through the sorting possibilities I can only find the
'Ascending A-Z' and 'Descending Z-A'...

How is it possible - if it's possible - to sort by each of the raws -
'Cat.no', 'Brand', 'Type', 'Format', 'Quality' & 'Value'? - If I just
select a raw, all sorting possibilities are dimmed. - If I select the
whole table, only 'A-Z' and 'Z-A' sorting are possible. - The raws that
I'd mostly like to be able to sort by 'Cat.no', 'Brand' and only
ascending, so the table will look like this...

0006 Canon EOS 50E SLR 24x36mm Like new 850,00
0004 Canon EOS 300 SLR 24x36mm Very good 325,00
0001 Canon EOS 500N SLR 24x36mm Excellent 250,00
0003 Contax 137MQD SLR 24x36mm Like new 1500,00
0005 Olympus Pen EE Cpt. 18x24mm Good condition 100,00
0007 Vivitar 90mm/f:2,8 Lens Acc. Mint condition 1450,00
0002 Yashica 124G TLR 6x6cm Near mint 1850,00

I know how to do it in a real spreadsheet, but I want to be able to keep
the RTF and/or ODT formats which are the two I use most now.

It this possible at all in NWP (latest version and still running OS X
10.5.8)?

Cheers, Erik Richard
