Hello,
I found a web page saying that with VirtualBox, it is possible to run Snow Leopard as host OS on Lion:
<http://www.avforums.com/forums/apple-mac/1491930-virtualbox-lion-running-snowleopard-guestos.html>
In fact, the information seems rather confusing, or confused: see for example:
<http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=43209>
or
<http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=43370>
Anyway, until very recently, it seems that Apple, for some reasons, didn't allow non server versions of their OS to run on virtual machine. Perhaps they changed this, or did not change this.
