Dear Þorvarður

Thanks for answering my query.
I also tried the last method you mention, Insert Index. I thought, however,
that maybe there is a neater and more elegant way of going about it. Maybe
there isn't under NWPro. Under NW Classic there was "Create Index," which
was marvellous.
So I shall settle on this for now.
