Unless the text you are dealing with is more complex, the purpose can be achieved by using Statusbar tags:

Place the cursor anywhere in 'This is a bold line'.

From the drop-down menu of the font tag (small a icon) in the Statusbar apply 'Select All' which will select all text with the same attributes where the cursor is.

Then while all the found text is selected, from the Paragraph tag in the Statusbar apply a style which includes TOC Level 1.
