In NWP 2.1, go to Nisus Writer Pro menu > Licenses.  If it shows a license there, then the license is a hidden file within the "sandbox" folder.  If you move the entire contents of this folder to a new computer, your license should be maintained:

~/Library/Containers/com.nisus.NisusWriter/

However, if NWP 2.1 shows you as unlicensed, you'll have to contact Nisus to retrieve your license.
