After selecting all bookmarks, run this macro.

$doc = Document.active

$bookmarks = $doc.selectedSubstrings
#or $bookmarks = $doc.selectedSubtexts
#if you prefer styled text

$LF = Cast to String "\n"
$bookmarks = $bookmarks.join $LF
Document.newWithText $bookmarks
