I have another question: Is it possible to manually set the page number so that at some first pages, the number does not appear, and after that, the number begins from 1.

More concretely, the first page being the title page, it should not be numbered (number 0 or -1, -2, etc.); then the Table of Contents should not be numbered either, so that the first page number that will appear in the footer would begin at the beginning of the main text, with the number 1...
