Hey Philip
I put in the numbers in at normal text document, highlight these numbers
and then select the number of columns in the drawer...
Now, when you add/remove numbers the numbers will automatically expand
or decrease the sizes of the columns. - You can even put in the numbers
where you like - at first or at last doesn't matter. - A double-click
on the first column will highlight the whole part, since a range of
columns between two parts of normal text will act like a paragraph
(note, a line break also breaks the paragraph), - and then it'øs just to
use a key command to sort. - Here I use COM+AS for ascending and COM+DS
for descending sorting...
Making this in a real table would be better if it was possible for the
table to increase or decrease - nearly like a spreadsheet, but the way
the NWP table is built, this is impossible.
But I can see from Ben's answer that he has the same problems, so there
must be a 10-column limit in both 1.3.x and 1.4.x.
NB. I can make as many columns in a real table as I'd like to. - Some
years ago I used NWP to make crossword puzzles and making 30 or more
columns were no problem - of course depending on the paper size.:-)
Cheers, Erik Richard
