CC82 in UTF-8 ('eight', not b) is 0x0302 in UTF-16 (COMBINING CIRCUMFLEX ACCENT). You can enter this character by option-shift-6 using U.S. Extended keyboard layout with ANSI physical keyboard. However, it would easier to use \x{0302} in PowerFind Pro mode.
