I tried this now once again, it worked the first two times I pressed
the keys and then not anymore. Maybe it is my old, black keyboard
that is playing this trick on me. Anyway, as I said, when I use
Control+Command+C and Control+Command+V respectively everything is fine.

Are there any step by step instructions available for this task? — I
miss the way this was implemented in Nisus Classic. So many key
combinations are already taken now by me that I'm finding it
difficult to come up with new once if I have to press the Command key
all the time. :-)
