Excerpts from his advice in 2007 and 2008, when Pro 1.0 was first released:

"The best way to create a Table of Authorities in Nisus Writer Pro is use the Index, Index As, and Additional Index As functions. Doing this creates one consolidated listing for each authority cited even if long, medium and short versions of the citation have been used. This works wonderfully.
