I actually did the Pascal port when I moved to CodeWarrior from MPW, but it's all deprecated toolbox calls and routines that aren't implemented in Carbon, so it's basically a complete rewrite.  The aete needs to be rewritten as an sdef, the shell needs to be rewritten, and all of the commands need to be rewritten.  Some of them don't make a lot of sense in the new world, so they're either tossed or some other solution implemented.

Basically, it's all new development from the ground up, so anyone can do it, but the old code won't help much at all.
