When they moved the channels to a new satellite last fall, we were able 
to get credits from DishNetwork for half of the cost  repointing kit and 
installation, as well as a credit for the time we were unable to access 
our French and German programming.
It may have helped that we pay for annual subscriptions and threatened 
to cancel them if Dish did not remedy our problems.
