Dear LLTIers,

While this isn't a language-related question per se, I think it's
something that we all have to deal with. I'm wondering what systems
other institutions use for keeping track of requests for services (such
as digitizing videos or recording classes). In particular, I'd love to
know about cost, system requirements (e.g. does it require Apache?
IIS?), customizibility, and maintenance overhead.

If responses could be sent to me off-list, that would be fantastic. I'm
more than happy to share the results with anyone who wants them.

Thanks in advance,

-Chris Meyer
