Hello Nina,

Have you checked the Monterey Institute of International Studies? 
http://www.miis.edu/
Given that they offer a certificate in CALL, I wouldn't be surprised 
if they used it in their interpretation courses. I once invited Julie 
Johnson as guest lecturer to my class in Translation; she would be a 
good ressource, and I have cc.ed her on this message.
