I think that CARLA once had a database like that but of course the issue is keeping it up-to-date is dependent upon people sending in their information. It’s kind of like a repository where if people only go to take something out but not put something in, the content is stale. I don’t know what it might take to revive it. I believe Louis Janus, now retired, was the one who maintained it. Folks at CARLA, feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.
