[EDITOR: My apologies in advance to members of the list for this commercial message.
It certainly is not the kind of spam that I filter out of the list on a daily
basis, and I believe the product may be of genuine interest to some of you. However,
if the responses back to me or this list are too vocal in the negative, I will
refrain from similar posts in the future. This does not represent an endorsement
nor has any money been received from this vendor.]

iPhone language lab app: The ReLANpro Mobile

ASC Direct has identified the need for transportable language technology and only
recently developed the ReLANpro Mobile, an iPhone application that also works
on iPad and iTouch devices, which we will be premiering at ACTFL (http://ascdirect-usa.com).
ReLANpro Mobile is a fully functioning, dual-track, language lab recorder that
works seamlessly with our server to host teacher's content, offering students
a language lab recorder/player in the palm of their hands. ASC leases 10 GB of
server space on an annual basis (2010 introductory price: $950 a year for up to
and including 250 users with a three-year minimum contract). The ReLANpro Mobile
is available now as a free download from the app store and any educator visiting
our booth at ACTFL with the ReLANpro Mobile loaded on their device will receive
a free gift!

For those with true mobility in mind, Bretford offers an educational PowerSync
cart and a PowerSync case both capable of securing, charging and syncing 20 or
more iPhone/iTouch devices at a time. The combination of the ReLANpro Mobile
and the Bretford cart or case creates a truly mobile language learning solution
for language departments, using technology students favor most.

fully functioning, dual-track, language lab recorder, text editing windows, multiple-choice
tests and video capabilities, and is compatible with all Windows(c) audio and
video formats. ASC leases the ReLANpro.NET server space on an annual basis (2010
introductory price: $2,950 a year for up to and including 250 users with a three-year
minimum contract).
