Yes that's what it was setup for, what I had to do was install Java 6 on to
the client machine, it was probably updated, not sure but I brought it back
to 6

You can go to the local IP of your filemaker server "http:your-IP:16000"
this should give you the FileMaker Server admin start console page.
Click on Start admin Console to download a new java app to access the
console
