To whom it may concern.
According to Filemaker if you have 9.v3 running on Snow Leopard then 
you're lucky as some machines will run 9v3 and some won't. Filemaker 
does not support version 9 on Snow Leopard so you will not get any help 
from them, as I found out, other than telling me to upgrade to the 
latest version 11
