The SeedCode Calendar complete has a fairly extensive project management module included, with Gantt charts, resources, etc. I believe they are on the cusp of releasing a new FM 10-11 only version, with drag and drop even. I have been using their 8.5 version for a while now (although as a contact manager, not so much project management), and I'm very pleased with it.
