Australia is home to a rich Filemaker developer community. The FMI site
returns this page after a search for 'Australia' in the Country field:

...showing 47 names, and those are only the developers/shops who are in
the FBA. You shouldn't have any trouble finding competent colleagues
willing to take on the clients that are appropriate to them.
