I'd be delighted to be able to do this, Bruce, but when I go to set up conditional formatting, it asks me for a formula to be used to trigger the background color, and all I can come up with is "Get ( RecordID ) = X", where I don't have a clue as to what to put into "X". Clues appreciated.

Sorry if I seem unduly obtuse on this. I'm really looking for a very explicit recipe of exactly what functions and variables to use.
