Steve's advice is good overall, but here's a little more about the specific question you asked above. When you double-click on the "Go to Related Record" step in your script, you'll be presented with more options. One of them is "Show only related records", which you can check if you want the process of going to the related record to ALSO perform a "Find" on the way there. If you DO check it, you'll be presented with your choice of 2 sub-options:
 • "Match current record only" (pre-selected for your convenience)
 • "Match all records in current found set"

Let's say you're in Table Red and you want to go to Table Blue. In Red you've got records A thru Z, and your current found set is Records P, Q, and R and you're currently sitting on Q. Meanwhile, in Table Blue, you're showing all records (let's say 1000 of them).
 • If you do NOT check "Show only related records" when performing your GTRR from Table Red, you will go to the 1st Q-related record in Blue, and your found set there will still be 1000 records.
 • If you DO check "Show only related records" and stick with the default sub-option of "Match current record only", you'll still go to the 1st Q-related record in Blue, but this time your found set in Blue will be ONLY the Q-related records (let's say about 20 of them).
 • If you DO check "Shown only related records" and opt for the sub-option "Match all records in current found set", you'll still go to the 1st Q-related record in Blue, but this time your found set in Blue will be all of the P-, Q-, and R-related records (maybe 100 of them).
