On Wednesday March 1st, students may donate a Meal Swipe or DBA equivalent at Collis Lunch (11:30 AM - 2 PM) or FOCO Dinner (5 - 8 PM) to support Willing Hands and the Upper Valley Haven in their fight against hunger in the Upper Valley.

Hunger Facts:

- 24,260 people (11% of the population) in the four Upper Valley counties suffer from food insecurity.

- Nearly 34,000 children (1 in 5) face hunger in Vermont each year.  

- In 2016, The Upper Valley Haven provided food for 3,888 households with 11,492 members (3,599 of whom were children).

- Willing Hands provided the Upper Valley Haven with over 110,000 pounds of fresh food in 2016.

- In 2016, Willing Hands recovered over 254 tons of food and distributed for free to over 55 different organizations.
