Interested in mentoring middle schoolers?
Wanted to get involved on campus and impact the community?
Do you have a learning disability and the desire to help younger students who
do too?

PROJECT EYE TO EYE
INFO MEETING- Thursday @ 8 PM, Collis 219
##################################################################
Come learn about how you can get involved with Eye to Eye to start making a difference
in the lives of local kids!
Project Eye to Eye is a national organization that pairs college students with
ADHD/LDs with middle school students who also have ADHD/LDs.
For about 2 hours each week, we hang out with local seventh and eighth graders
helping them develop an understanding of their learning strengths and weakness
and helping them see college as a realistic part of their futures. We hope to
increase their self- esteem and have fun in the process! We do art projects
and play games with the students. Project Eye to Eye empowers these middle schoolers
to believe that learning differences are not a hindrance to success!
As mentors, you too will benefit from being part of an ADHD/LD community, and
you'll have a great time in the process.
Note: Mentors must have a Learning Disability or ADHD to participate
