~*~*~*~*~*FALL 50 MILE HIKE*~*~*~*~*~
----------October 14-15------------------
4 people, 53.6 miles, Hanover to Moosilauke in 2 Days and 1 night, No sleep
Think you're up for the epic challenge?
Or want to dress up in flair with friends and volunteer to support the hike?
Come to the MANDATORY INFORMATIONAL MEETING:
TONIGHT Wednesday October 5th @ 9pm, Dartmouth Hall 105
*Hikers be there by 9:00*
*Meeting for Volunteers will start at 9:30*
ALL interested hikers and volunteers MUST come to this meeting!
We will explain what the hike is, how hikers are picked, and why volunteering
is such a blast!
------
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE MEETING:
Get a team together - the 50 is hiked by teams of 3 or 4 people. Try to find 2
or 3 other students who you won't mind spending 30 hours with, alone, in the woods.
Once you've got your team organized, think of a clever team name.
If you don't have enough teammates, don't worry. You should be able to find a
number of willing hikers at the meeting.
------
See you TONIGHT night at 9!
