----If you have any questions, blitz "Habitat."----

All proceeds from these rose sales will go towards funding Habitat for Humanity
and the Alternative Spring Break service trip to San Francisco: Faith in Action.

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that aims to build simple, decent
and affordable houses for low-income families. Volunteers from the community and
the future homeowners work together to build each house. Our local chapter has
put extra effort into designing our houses, so that they are well-insulated and
very energy efficient. Dartmouth Habitat for Humanity was recently recognized
at the annual Social Justice Awards as the recipient of the Student Group Award.
The proceeds of this fundraiser will be used to purchase supplies for our next
project house.

Alternative Spring Break service trip Faith in Action: San Francisco brings together
students from a diversity of religious and moral traditions to explore the issue
of youth and homelessness in the Bay Area of California. The group works with
a variety of community agencies serving homeless youth,  ranging from Habitat
for Humanity builds to staffing a meal center while exploring service as a shared
value across religious and spiritual lines. The funds raised from the rose sale
will go towards covering travel expenses of the group.
