DCGHSE: lots of letters, a pretty simple idea. We believe that health is a human
right. We strive to instill in undergraduates the critical perspective and commitment
necessary for a life working in solidarity with the world's most vulnerable people
for social and economic justice. Through education and advocacy, we enrich each
other, interact with big names in today's health world, and try to make a real
impact, now and in the future.
(btw, those letters stand for Dartmouth Coalition for Global Health and Social
Equity)
Come by our first meeting at 9 pm tonight (Tuesday!) in Haldeman 041 (ROOM CHANGE).
We'll tell you more about what we do and who we are. Student leaders will also
share what they learned at last weekend's Partners in Health conference, the results
of our meeting yesterday with President Kim, and our rally plans for Oct. 11's
Republican Presidential Debate. You don't want to miss this!
