Speaker bio:
Author of the Chopsticks-Fork Principle, Cathy was born in China to
Taiwanese parents. She grew up in Brooklyn and received her BA from Tufts,
has been awarded with a Kent Fellowship from the Danforth Foundation.
She has taught philosophy and been interviewed on CNN and NBC, ABC, and Fox
television affiliates. She serves on the Board of Advisors for Claremont
Graduate School, Board of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, and is
the president of the Society for Values in Higher Education.
