Come to Robinson Hall today (Monday) at 2:00 pm to sign up for Winter Weekend
trips and lessons!

Hockey Tournament signups are over blitz:
Tournament is Saturday from 4 pm until 7pm-ish.
5 people on the ice at a time per team.
Teams can have up to 11 players total so that there can be subs.
Its free to sign up. If you need skates, you'll have to rent them from DOR ($7).
Blitz Team name and five players to 'The DOC'.
Additional players can sign up at the tournament.

Trips you can sign up for are:
Alpine Skiing - Get a half-day beginner lesson in downhill skiing at the SkiWay.
Rentals, Lift ticket, transportation included ($10). *
Snowboarding - Get a half-day beginner lesson in snowboarding at the SkiWay.
Rentals, Lift ticket, transportation included ($10). *
Telemark Skiing - Get a half-day beginner lesson in telemark skiing at the SkiWay.
Rentals, Lift ticket, transportation included. Some downhill skiing experience
recommended. ($10) *
Cross Country Skiing - Get a half-day lesson in cross-country skiing (skate or classic).
No experience necessary. Rentals included. ($5)*
Backcountry Skiing - Learn the basics of backcountry skiing and travel by earning
your turns in New England's mountains. This trip is intended for advanced
downhill skiers who want to try getting off the resort and starting backcountry
skiing. You should be comfortable skiing black diamonds at different resorts
(more than just the skiway) and should be comfortable skiing around trees.
We can provide some alpine touring equipment but you will need boots. ($5)
Ice Climbing - Learn the basics of ice climbing on a full-day trip. No experience
necessary, but warm clothes are a must. We'll provide the equipment. ($5)
Snowshoe at the Farm - Come explore the Dartmouth Organic Farm's 200+ acres
of beautiful forest with a guided nature walk on snow shoes! Learn about the
Farm's maple syrup operation from Farm Manager Scott Stokoe, and round
out the afternoon with home-made hot chocolate, pancakes, and (of course)
maple syrup! ($5)
*Half-day lessons have AM and PM sessions. For SkiWay lessons, AM is 10am-
2pm. PM is noon - 4 pm. XC lessons are 9:30am - noon and 1pm - 3:30pm.
